Lodha Palava – The infrastructural development of Mumbai is on the roll. There are so many projects coming up including the Metro and Monorail. Projects like Eastern freeway, Bandra sea link, and Santacruz link road have already decongested the traffic in central suburbs of Mumbai. Any infrastructural project is great for connectivity. It not only gives a boost to the property rates of that area but also eases the traffic to an extent.
Commuting is a major problem in Mumbai. Most people rely on public transport for commuting. So, there is always a need for such projects to make commuting smooth. Link roads can cut the travel time by up to half. So, having a link road near your home can give relief to traffic woes.
Ghatkopar Ghansoli Link Road
The Ghatkopar Ghansoli link road is being constructed by the MMRDA. The project is being developed under the public-private participation. The link road will ease traffic woes in Central Suburbs of Mumbai to a great extent. The project will connect Ghatkopar near the Eastern express highway, Mumbai, and Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai.
The project will be a 6-lane link road so it will benefit many commuters who travel between Ghatkopar and Ghansoli on a daily basis. Based on this, there will be a future extension of the link road to Shilphata through Mahape in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
CIDCO has an active participation in all the infrastructural projects of Navi Mumbai. In fact, the construction of this link road has been started by CIDCO in Navi Mumbai. The six-lane concrete road is being developed near Mahape. But, an extension to Shilphata needs permission, so it’s still in the initial stages.
Navi Mumbai and Mumbai are linked by the old Navi Mumbai flyover that connects the two. There is a link from Airoli too that eases the traffic on a daily basis. This would be the third link road from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai and it will greatly benefit many people.
It will benefit the Palava city
The new Ghatkopar Ghansoli link road will benefit the Lodha Palava city to a good extent. In fact, it will boost the development around Palava city. Palava has great connectivity through Kalyan Shil road. There have been talks of development of Kalyan Shil road being developed into a 6-lane highway. This will benefit people who purchase a flat in Palava.
There will be direct connectivity of roads and it will surely save a lot of time on travel. If you travel from south Mumbai to Palava, then it may take up to an hour to reach Palava. But, with the construction of Ghatkopar Ghansoli link road, it will merely take 30 minutes to reach Palava city.
Also, expect an increase in the real estate rates of Palava city after the construction of the link road. The rates can increase by up to 25% so purchasing a flat in Palava will benefit you in the long run.
Construction of Ghatkopar Ghansoli link road will surely benefit people of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Palava city.
